Ronnie and his wife Patricia are genuine Texans – friendly and wonderful to work with. Ronnie’s sculptures are featured on Sporting Artisans and they have a gallery in Salado, TX. Ronnie also is a talented illustrator and painter. He used to work as a medical illustrator at the famed MD Anderson Hospital in Houston.
I love Ronnie’s work because of the movement and fluidity he is able to capture. That is a difficult thing to do – to avoid a static and stiff image. But Ronnie’s work moves and not only does he capture that in animals, but in people as well.
Mr. Wells has won numerous awards and exhibited his work in museums and fine art shows across the nation. Mr. Wells is also a published author.
