Black Lab Oil Painting Portrait – “Gauge”
A Black Lab on a boat on the intracoastal waterways of North Carolina. This was a commissioned portrait. I actually painted this twice and still have the first version. The trick was the water – to make it look like water and not wallpaper. The dog was the easy part.
