Bird Dog Field Trail Graphite Drawing – “The Break”
This bird dog field trial graphite drawing is a scene from South Georgia. It’s from my favorite trial – the GA/FL Owner’s Trial – has been held every February for the past 100 plus years.
Because I’ve got quite a bit of reference from the trial and other bird dog scenes, I was able to take several reference photos and piece together something that would tell a story. None of the three subjects shown here are in the same photograph.
