Bronco is aptly named by my friend Ellie Ford. With the last name of Ford, what better name is there? Maybe Mustang. She posted a picture of Bronco and I just couldn’t resist painting him. But I wanted to stylize it a bit and was really happy that I did. I painted in parts of the water instead of all of it and it worked. Our mutual friend Sarah purchased it for Ellie and she was nice enough to allow me to put a picture here of her and her husband Fred seeing the painting for the first time. Bronco was a very beloved dog and was the subject of more than one of my paintings.
